I forgot the camera. Oh well. 137.5kg squats, felt good. I'm looking forward to cracking the 140kg mark on Thursday.
Otherwise, ran out of steam. I still benched and deaded, but didn't get them. Poor nutrition the last few days, really bad sleep Sunday night, adapting to the commute, DOMS (weirdly) from kung fu on Saturday... yeah, I had all the excuses, baby!
